Colorful, bright, well-appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Lovely decor throughout the hotel. Great location right across from Museum Quartier.
The air conditioning in the breakfast room was not working properly, so the room was very hot and humid in the mornings. There was no bar or restaurant, other than the breakfast room, on the property.
The room was for living in, not just for sleeping, and was generally well appointed, with windows on two sides and a good view through one. The breakfast room was at the same time cosy and well designed, with food different from the typical Euro-breakfast.
Its a well run and staffed hotel
Great location, artistically palyful, very friendly personnel, very good breakfast, nice and spatious rooms
Slightly more expensive than one would expect. But still a very nice hotel
Good breakfasts, comfortable rooms, art not to my taste but amusing!
Cleaning staff far too noticeable and using lift which meant it was often unavailable for guests.Had to change room as although a non smoking room it smelt of stale smoke. Not used to a smoking environment and hated the fact people were smoking in the lobby - Austrian problem rather than hotel problem!
Great Location Very nice room Great breakfasts
It is an exellant city break hotel which I have now used three times.
Completely minor personal preference such as the coffee in the room was not to my taste but others loved it
I loved the style of the whole place; it was so attractive and stylish! I was impressed by the pictures on the website and the reality fulfilled my expectation (perhaps a rare occurrence). The lights in the reception area are amazing, the elevator and curved stairwell were beautiful, the art was modern and fun, not alienating, and the colors were very fashionable. Also, the breakfast was very high quality and really appreciated, so much variety! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with the hotel.
Excellent hotel and staff. Very good breakfast. Great location. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Will came back here for sure.
Excellen service, wondeful private spa area. Good location for sightseeing in Vienna. Lovely breakfast
Great staff, wonderful breakfast, good location and nice room.
Truly nice boutique hotel located in close proximity to Museum Quarter. It takes no more than 15-20 minutes by foot to get to the very center of Vienna (Stephanplatz, Graben strasse, Hofburg etc) from the hotel. Breakfasts are rather varied and delicious, and facilities are in good shape. I would definitely stay there again
Personnel at the hotel reception lack personal touch a bit, although generally friendly, polite and helpful
This is one of the best finds in Vienna! Location location location! Excellent staff, well appointed rooms, great amenities! The staff helped us with our tours, our theater tickets ,the subways etc. I would stay here again and again! Their breakfasts were great!
I ate too much at breakfast! The ood was too good!
The hotel is really very nice, the location is perfect, just across the street to the Museum quarter. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet very good. The room is not very big, but decorated with extreme taste, as is the whole hotel. The sauna is nice, the decor superb. I will stay at the Tyrol when I come back to Vienna.
I just missed some Italian programs on the Tv menu.
The staff were very helpful; the room and facilities were good
The fact that I was charged for a night I did not stay
